Unity World Day of Prayer Celebration

September 8 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Unity SouthShore Spiritual Life Center will celebrate Unity’s World Day of Prayer with a special service on Wednesday evening, September 8 from 6:30 to 8:00 pm at the Ruskin Firehouse Cultural Center.

Unity minister Rev. Virginia Walsh will conduct a Singing Bowls Meditation with quartz crystal and Tibetan bowls. This deeply relaxing sound immersion can help participants remember their true essence in oneness with the Divine and open the flow of unlimited transformational energy that realigns and re-energizes body, mind, and spirit.

Sound vibrations have been used for healing and wellbeing since ancient times. The Singing Bowls help harmonize and balance our entire energy field and our physical bodies, even resonating in the very cells of our bodies. Rev. Virginia has been using these comforting and healing vibrational instruments in meditation for over ten years around the Bay area. Many people have reported that this experience allows them to relax their bodies and calm their minds far beyond their previous experiences, allowing access to higher levels of consciousness.

Mask are required. Chairs will be socially distanced. If you prefer, feel free to bring your own lounge chair, mat, pad or blanket for your comfort.
